Thank you for choosing Bend to Breathe ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to delivering your equine nasal strips quickly and securely so your horse never misses a performance. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will typically ship out the same business day.
- You will receive a notification email automatically as soon as your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to all states across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout: FREE
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of generation. You can monitor your shipment directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
4. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Bend to Breathe proudly ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to these locations will default to standard delivery via USPS.
5. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
- Rates: International shipping charges will be dynamically calculated at checkout based on destination weight and size.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Bend to Breathe is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Bend to Breathe is liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
- If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Contact our support team at support@bendtobreathe.com within 3 business days of the delivery date with photos of the damage so we can file a carrier claim and rush out a replacement order to you.
